Union of Cuban IT professionals officially founded

With the purpose of bringing together the IT community in the island, the Cuban Ministry of Communication officially founded the Union of Cuban IT professionals. First vicepresident Miguel Díaz-Canel joined the ceremony and addressed some words. In his speech Canel highlighted the importance of the Union of Cuban IT professionals in the pursuit of updating the Cuban society and stressed that the organization should focus on promoting dialogue in terms of technological advances where cybersecurity will have a key role.
