Softel awarded with the category of "Champion Project"

Softel, the Cuban company for  IT Solutions, was recently credited by the Union of International Telecommunications (ITU) with the category “Champion Project” designated among the Awards 2016 of the World Summit on the Information Society. The meeting and official ceremony will take place on May 3rd in Switzerland .

The project known under the title “Computerization of the National Health System in Cuba” consists of three interrelated solutions: Information system for health, information technology solution for the National Network of Blood Banks and Hospital Information System. This is a huge accomplishment given the 400 works presented by several countries.
